What concerns/issues do you believe our youth are struggling with most?

They struggle with their identity. They exhibit hopelessness; they grapple with exploitations and injustices daily; they don’t know who to turn to; they are materialistic; they don’t have quality role models; they are unsure of their own future; they are at times very mean; they do not fear God; a growing disrespect of authority; they exhibit cavalier and promiscuous behaviour, pressured by peers and society's expectations. Their voices are being ignored; their major achievements are not being recognised; they are concerned about corruption and drugs and crime and violence, among other issues and concerns.

Speaking Topics: A range of subjects relating to God and young people.

What would you tell the youth of Cayman today if you had a microphone in your hand and 60 seconds?
God has placed you in this world to make a positive difference. He has a purpose for you that only you can live out. You are unique. There is only one you in this world. No one in the past has ever had your fingerprint, or personality and no one else in the present or future will. God has given you all the tools and talents you need to fulfill his purpose and if you choose to allow him to lead your life, you too, would be a blessing to the world. All of us have our part to play, you be you, and I’ll be me, and just because we may look different, or come from different places, God’s purpose for us, is that we should all be prosperous. It is the choices you make not the chances you take that determine success. Choose Christ, let him lead you, you will not go wrong if you choose him. I did and it is the wisest thing I have ever done.
